GLS service conditions
The GLS courier makes two attempts to deliver to the address you have provided and, in case you are absent, will leave the details for collection at your nearest location to your home. You can contact them and agree with them to collect your item.
The order will remain for 7 working days in the GLS office, in case you can not collect it, it will be returned to our warehouse.
We care more about your package than you do. Please, if you should encounter any kind of problem related to your order, delays, damage or other ... Tell us immediately through this form: here so as to give us the opportunity to immediately understand what happened and take immediate action against the shipper.
For geographical reasons or for different taxation regimes, we do not ship (or we do so subject to certain restrictions) to the countries listed below:
Non-continental France: the islands and the French overseas departments and territories are therefore excluded.
For the United Kingdom we do not ship to overseas territories: Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Gibraltar.
Shipment returned to our warehouse
In the event that the order is returned to our warehouse for reasons not attributable to Beautiq or the courier GLS (continuous absence, error in the address, collection not occurred at the headquarters GLS, etc..) we will proceed to refund the amount of the order withholding the shipping costs and those of return.
The costs of return will be equal to the shipping costs. In the case of free shipping, we will take into account the total shipping costs.
